What we collect
When you send an order we collect what you typed into the form: your name, email, optional phone, the lettering you want, your boat details and any notes. That is it. We do not run advertising trackers or sell data to anybody.
Why we hold it
To cut your order, take payment, ship it and deal with a warranty claim later. We keep order records as long as we need them for accounting and warranty purposes.
Who else sees it
Our email provider, our payment processor and our shipping carrier — each only the part they need. Nobody else.
