The short version of how ordering works.

Orders
Payment is taken at checkout and the order goes into production. The preview shown in the order form is what we cut — it displays your exact lettering, height, font and colour before you pay. Orders are cut the next business day, so a mistake caught the same day can usually still be stopped: email us immediately with your order reference.
Accuracy of what you type
We cut exactly what you typed. Check your registration number character by character against your card — the preview exists for that reason. If a wrong number gets ordered, a replacement is a new order.
Compliance is yours
We make legal-size block characters and we state the federal rule accurately as we understand it. We are a vinyl shop, not your state agency or your lawyer: confirming that your display meets your state's requirements is your responsibility.
Intellectual property
By sending artwork you confirm you have the right to use it. We decline orders for artwork you do not own or have permission to reproduce.
Returns and liability
See shipping and returns and warranty. Our liability on any order is limited to remaking it or refunding what you paid for it.
