Orders are cut and shipped the next business day. If you need one sooner than that, email us before you order and we will tell you what is possible.
The clock starts when you place the order.

Everything ships flat in a rigid mailer so the application tape cannot crease. All 50 states and DC. We do not ship internationally.
Returns on custom work
Custom-cut vinyl with your registration number on it cannot be resold, so it is not returnable once cut. That is why the order form previews your exact lettering before you pay — read it twice. If you catch a mistake the same day, email us: we cut the next business day, so there is usually still time to stop it.
Three things we do fix:
- It does not match what you ordered. Our error. We remake it free, at the front of the queue.
- It arrived damaged. Tell us and we remake it free.
- The install went wrong. Not covered — see the warranty page. Every set ships pre-spaced on one sheet so it goes on in a single pass, and the apply guide is worth five minutes before you start.
If you typed the wrong number, a replacement is a new order — which is why the form previews your exact lettering before you pay. Read it twice.
